Weekly Academy Curriculum
Welcome to the World of Recruitment!
In the first week, we’ll kick things off by getting to know each other, exploring our organization, and meeting part of the recruitment team. You’ll also have the chance to chat with recruiters about the real challenges and rewards of working in IT recruitment.
Mastering the Recruitment Flow
Time to dive deep into the recruitment process. From starting a new role to successfully filling it, we’ll explore each stage and how to find the perfect fit for the team. We’ll look at how we source, interview, and close out a recruitment process.
Cracking IT Roles & Keywords
In our third week, we’ll take you behind the scenes and show you how we decode technical roles and understand what makes engineers tick. Plus, we’ll get into the workshops on most in-demand technologies and how to use the right keywords to find the best talent.
The Deep Dive (Workshops & Practice)
Let’s get practical! This week is all about rolling up your sleeves and putting what you’ve learned into action. You’ll work on interviews, crafting messages, and creative sourcing strategies with guidance from our expert recruiters.
Real-World Recruitment Challenge
You’ll take on sourcing candidates for open positions using LinkedIn, applying everything you’ve learned so far. By the end of the fifth week, Boolean search will feel like an old friend.
Final Stretch: Let’s See What You’ve Got!
The grand finale! This week, we’ll wrap up everything you’ve learned with an assessment center. You’ll showcase your skills and get feedback on how you’ve progressed. We are targeting to become colleagues with three of those who will conclude recruitment is the right choice for their career.
