If you are ready to move from learning about technology to building real applications, this is your moment. We are launching a selective, build-driven Junior-level program for Bachelor’s graduates with up to two years of experience or current Master’s students under 26, based in Timișoara, Iași, and Cluj, who already code and want to level up fast. 

This is not a theory-based program. It does not revolve around lectures, slide decks, or abstract exercises. This is a build-driven engineering experience where you learn by designing, implementing, and refining applications. You will work with modern tools, leverage AI to accelerate development, and move from concept to functional product under real constraints.  

Throughout the program, you will collaborate closely with rinf.tech developers, gaining direct exposure to how structured applications evolve from initial concept to working systems.

The Builder Profile

We are looking for candidates who already write code and want to build better. 

The Vibe Coding Mindset

You focus on logic and user value, not just syntax. You are comfortable iterating with AI until the result works as intended.

Foundational Software Logic

You understand data structures, APIs, and how applications are structured end-to-end.

LLM Literacy

You have basic experience using LLMs for coding, debugging, or documentation, and you review what the model generates.

Adaptability

You are comfortable switching tools and learning by building

Selection Process

Stage 1 — CV Shortlist – by February 22nd

Submit your CV highlighting relevant projects, technical exposure, and practical coding experience. We review real build experience and foundational logic.

Stage 2 — The “Vibe to Product” Challenge

Shortlisted candidates receive a build assignment. You will design and implement a functional application from scratch. You must submit the completed application by February 25th.

Stage 3 — Assessment Center

You will present your application and walk us through your implementation. This is a focused conversation around your architectural decisions, reasoning process, trade-offs, and how you used AI during development. We evaluate clarity of thinking, technical depth, and ownership over your work.
