During the last year, the entire Tech industry went through an exponential acceleration in the adoption and development of new working practices.

The structural changes are also modifying the role humans play: we need, now, to individuate the skills, attitudes and competences that will be expected from tomorrow’s engineers. The challenge is making sure that the professional training system for engineers keeps up with the innovation pace within the industry.
